For Composers
Composer storefronts, protected digital delivery, and licensing workflows for performance materials you control.
You've written music that deserves to be performed. Getting it into the right hands - with clear pricing, clean files, traceable delivery, and usable licensing records - is its own kind of work.
Resonance is building a digital-only operations layer for composer-led catalogs. You keep ownership of your work; we help manage storefronts, requests, agreements, payments, protected delivery, and composer payouts.
A practical pilot for catalogs that need more than a PDF folder and an inbox.
We organize approved works into public-ready pages with the details performers, librarians, and presenters need to evaluate the music.
Ideal for: Composers with original or composer-controlled works and some real sales, performance-material, or license demand.
Pilot Baseline
80% composer / 20% Resonance
For standard digital transactions, based on net receipts. Exact terms are confirmed in the pilot agreement.
For performance materials and licensing requests, we help move from inquiry to quote, agreement, payment, and traceable delivery.
Ideal for: Works that need controlled access, custom licensing, sync review, or human verification before materials are released.
Custom Licensing
Quoted by use and workload
Standard/template licenses can use the 80/20 baseline. High-touch sync negotiations may use a different split.
1
Tell us about your catalog, rights situation, and what performers or buyers are already asking for.
2
We review scores, parts, metadata, pricing, versioning, and whether the materials are ready for digital delivery.
3
We set the work-page details, access rules, pricing, quote language, and any needed file preparation. You approve the setup.
4
Approved works go live. We handle requests, payment, protected delivery, transaction records, and payouts.

To make a work ready for digital catalog operations, we need enough information to describe it clearly, price it responsibly, and deliver the correct files.
That's workable, but materials need to be performance-ready before they are released. You can correct the files yourself, or Resonance can quote preparation or repair work before it begins.
If a work is not rights-ready, technically deliverable, or clear enough for performers to use, we may hold it back until the issue is resolved.
Send us a note about your catalog, the materials you control, and the kinds of requests you are already fielding. No commitment - just a conversation to see if the pilot is a good fit.
