You've written music that deserves to be heard. But getting it into performers' hands—managing rentals, fulfilling orders, fielding inquiries—takes time you'd rather spend composing.

We can help. Whether you need someone to run your rental library or a full publishing partner to handle production, sales, and distribution, we offer two programs built around a simple idea: you keep ownership of your work.

Two Ways to Partner

Choose the level of support that fits your situation.

Program A

Rental Administration

We operate your rental library for works you already control—self-published pieces or works where you have the right to appoint a rental agent.

Ideal for: Composers with rental-ready materials who want help with fulfillment and customer service.

  • Handle inquiries, quoting, and agreements
  • Collect payments and send confirmations
  • Prepare and ship materials (digital or print)
  • Manage extensions, rush requests, and returns
  • Maintain a rental-ready archive of your materials

Your Share

We take 30%. Pass-through costs (printing, shipping) billed separately.

What We Need From You

To get your music rental-ready and sale-ready, we'll work from the materials you provide. Here's what a complete submission looks like:

  • Score and complete part set (PDF masters preferred)
  • Instrumentation list and definitive part inventory
  • Clear versioning (date or version number)
  • Practical formatting (page turns, cues, rehearsal marks)
  • For sales: cover files and product description

Don't have polished materials yet?

That's okay. In the Publishing Partnership, we can prepare professional editions in-house. We'll discuss what's needed during our initial conversation—no pressure, no surprises.

We may apply house standards for consistency (formatting, layout), but substantive musical decisions always remain yours.

Common Questions

Yes. In both programs, you retain copyright. You grant us a limited license to reproduce and distribute materials for fulfillment purposes—but ownership stays with you. This is fundamental to how we work.
Rental Administration can work for pieces where you have the right to appoint a rental agent (check your existing agreements). For works fully controlled by another publisher, you'd need their permission. We're happy to discuss your specific situation.
These are direct costs we incur to fulfill an order: printing, binding, shipping, payment processing fees, taxes, and customs duties. They're billed at cost and aren't included in the revenue split. The renter or buyer pays these—not you.
Yes. Wholesale/retail distribution is enabled by default in the Publishing Partnership, but you can opt out for specific works with written notice. Some composers prefer direct-only sales—we respect that.
Rental Administration is month-to-month—30 days notice and you're out. The Publishing Partnership has a 2-year initial term (then year-to-year), with 90 days notice to end. Either way, we complete any outstanding orders, settle accounts, and return your materials. No hostage situations.
We hold back 10% for 90 days to cover potential refunds, chargebacks, returns, or claims for damaged/missing materials. After the hold period, the reserve is released (minus any amounts needed for actual claims). It's a standard practice that protects both of us.
