You've written music that deserves to be performed. Getting it into the right hands - with clear pricing, clean files, traceable delivery, and usable licensing records - is its own kind of work.

Resonance is building a digital-only operations layer for composer-led catalogs. You keep ownership of your work; we help manage storefronts, requests, agreements, payments, protected delivery, and composer payouts.

What Resonance Handles

A practical pilot for catalogs that need more than a PDF folder and an inbox.

Catalog Operations

Composer Work Pages

We organize approved works into public-ready pages with the details performers, librarians, and presenters need to evaluate the music.

Ideal for: Composers with original or composer-controlled works and some real sales, performance-material, or license demand.

  • Composer profile and work-page setup
  • Instrumentation, duration, materials, and availability details
  • Digital score and part sales where appropriate
  • Buyer and licensee inquiry intake
  • Transaction records and composer statements

Pilot Baseline

80% composer / 20% Resonance

For standard digital transactions, based on net receipts. Exact terms are confirmed in the pilot agreement.

Setup & Terms

We set the work-page details, access rules, pricing, quote language, and any needed file preparation. You approve the setup.

4

Launch

Approved works go live. We handle requests, payment, protected delivery, transaction records, and payouts.

What We Need From You

To make a work ready for digital catalog operations, we need enough information to describe it clearly, price it responsibly, and deliver the correct files.

  • Score and complete part set (PDF masters preferred)
  • Instrumentation list and definitive part inventory
  • Clear versioning (date or version number)
  • Practical formatting (page turns, cues, rehearsal marks)
  • Rights status, pricing preference, and any use restrictions
  • Cover/image files and public-safe work descriptions where available

Don't have polished materials yet?

That's workable, but materials need to be performance-ready before they are released. You can correct the files yourself, or Resonance can quote preparation or repair work before it begins.

If a work is not rights-ready, technically deliverable, or clear enough for performers to use, we may hold it back until the issue is resolved.
